These modern home design was designed by chensuchartstudio Arizona, The urban center of home exudes an industrial aesthetic. Building with steel frame is made of l-beams to frame the top volume, placed on a concrete block as the basis. The façade of the upper level consists of large glass windows which are perfectly placed on the corrugated steel panels make it look natural in this modern home designs.

The interior pairs concrete floors, exposed ductwork, and industrial light fixtures to create a loft-like atmosphere. Despite its industrial pretense, the Sosnowski Residence remains habitable and inviting thanks to a central gathering space on the ground level that merges the living, dining, and kitchen areas into a single space that fully opens to the surrounding city and desert.
